Return Eligibility

• Product has manufacturing defects

• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must remain intact
• Return request must be made within 3 days after delivery

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• Product has been used or damaged by the customer
• Tags or packaging are missing
• Return request is made after the allowed timeline
• Product was purchased during a special clearance or final sale offer

Exchange Policy

Customers can request size or product exchange subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests should be made through our support team within the allowed return period.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed after product inspection
• Refund amount may exclude delivery charges if applicable
• Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on payment method
